1. Services Provided

Jacqueline Jenson provides spiritual guidance services, including but not limited to:

Angel Readings

Akashic Record Readings & Alignments

Mediumship and intuitive guidance

Group events, workshops, and activations

All services are informational and spiritual in nature. They are intended for personal growth, clarity, and inspiration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

Clients under 18 may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking & Payments

All sessions and packages must be prepaid in full through approved payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or other platforms listed at checkout).

Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Packages (3-session or 10-session) may be used for Angel Readings, Akashic Records, or a combination, as agreed at booking.

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Events: Tickets to group events are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session or event. In such cases, you will be offered a new date or a credit.

5. Session Recordings

With your consent, sessions may be recorded via Zoom. Recordings are shared for personal use only and may not be distributed, published, or sold.

If you decline recording, no copy will be made.

The Company retains ownership of all recordings created during sessions.

6. Events & Group Gatherings

By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation involves energetic and emotional experiences. You assume full responsibility for your own well-being.

Some events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant the Company permission to use your image or likeness for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.

You agree to abide by all safety rules, venue policies, and facilitator instructions.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your personal information is collected only as necessary to provide services (name, email, phone, payment info).

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party platforms.

Session content is treated with respect and confidentiality. Exceptions may apply if disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, materials) is the property of Beings of Light LLC dba Jacqueline Jenson and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Session recordings, event materials, and written content provided to clients are for personal use only.

Services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek qualified professionals for such matters.

Results vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, accuracy of messages, or decisions you choose to make.

You agree that you are fully responsible for any actions you take based on information received.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of services, participation in events, or reliance on guidance received.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in Utah courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
